摘    要:考察了添加稀土Ce后的镍基催化剂在CH4、CO2与O2催化氧化重整制合成气反应中的催化性能,发现添加适量的Ce可以显著提高催化剂的活性和选择性。TPR、XRD、XPS结果显示,CeO2的加入能够增强活性组分与载体的相互作用,调变催化剂中镍物种的组成,可提高催化剂的活性及稳定性。

Abstract:Ji Hongbing, Lin Weiming (Department of Chemical Engineering, South China University of Technology, Guangzhou 510641) The catalytic performance of Ni based catalyst containing Ce was investigated for catalytic oxidation and reforming of CH 4, CO 2 and O 2 to syngas. Activity and selectivity of the catalyst were remarkably improved by adding Ce. The results of TPR, XRD and XPS showed that the existence of CeO 2 could enhance the interaction between the active component and carrier, adjust the composition of Ni species in the catalyst, and increase the activity and selectivity of the catalyst.
