柴油机曲轴箱通风系统优化设计研究

摘    要:为了解决某款柴油机曲轴箱强制通风系统的旁通混合气中机油含量高的问题,依据定熵过程的原理,优化设计了两种缸盖罩油气分离室,这两种油气分离室的特点是通过设置隔板,对分离室的混合气进行节流,从而得到加快混合气流速度的效果。再通过台架试验两种优化方案,试验结果表明方案2达到了设计的要求。

Abstract:For the sake of solving tile problem of high content lubricating oil in ' Byway Mixed Gas' of one diesel engine' Positive Crankcase Ventilation system (PCV), base on the law of Isentiopic Process, to optimize design two schemes of Oil Mist Separated Room, the characteristic of them is by the way of setting up division plates, to throttle down the mixed gas in the Oil Mist Separated Room, as a result of speeding the mixed gas up. And test them in the engine laboratory, the result of the test bear out the NO.2 scheme achieved the purpose of the design.
