绿色住宅建筑框架体系中运营管理的技术措施研究

通过理论分析和对工程实例的分析，主要研究绿色住宅建筑设计的框架体系中，运营管理的主导思想及在实际工程中具有可实现性的技术措施，主要涉及能源、水环境、空气环境、声光热环境、废弃物回收与处理、绿化环境、智能等系统的管理与控制，为绿色住宅建筑的推广应用提供理论依据。

RESEARCH ON TECHNOLOGICAL MEASURES ABOUT RUNNING AND MANAGING OF BUILDING IN THE FRAME SYSTEM OF GREEN RESIDENT BUILDING DESIGN

Through theoretical analysis and analyzing the real project,the paper mainly researches the guiding ideas about running and managing, and technological measures with feasibility in the frame system of green resident building design, deals with controlling of some systems, such as, energy resources, the environment of water, the environment of air, the environment of sound and light and electricity, recovering and treating of waste material, the environment of afforest,intellectual ability,etc.. The results will put forward the theoretical basis for promoting the extensive apply of green resident building.
