| 摘 要： | 工程竣工结算是普通高校基本建设工程造价管理的重要环节。结合普通高校基本建设工程的实践，对工程竣工结算审核方法进行了探讨。建设项目工程造价有定额计价和工程量清单计价的编制方法之分，在工程竣工结算审核时应区别对待，采取相应的、有针对性、有效审核方法，以提高普通高校基建投资的使用效率。

| Abstract: | Project cost final estimate is important part of capital construction project cost management in ordinary universities. Project cost final estimate methods were discussed combined with the practices of university capital works. Project construction cost may be compiled by quota valuation or valued by bill quantity of construction works. In order to improve efficiency in using the investment, corresponding and targeted and effective methods must be taken. |
