超临界流体技术在纳米催化剂制备中的应用

摘    要:对超临界流体在纳米催化剂制备方面的应用进行了概述.介绍了超临界流体干燥技术和超临界流体微粒制造技术的研究进展.对用高温超临界有机溶剂和低温超临界二氧化碳干燥法制备纳米级复合催化荆的优缺点进行了讨论,对用超临界流体快速膨胀、超临界流体反溶剂、超临界流体化学反应和超临界流体沉积等方法制备纳米催化材料的特点进行了阐述,在此基础上总结了超临界流体在纳米催化剂制备方面的发展方向和今后研究工作的重点.

Abstract:The supercritical drying technology,the formation of nanoparticles by using supercritical fluids,and their applications in synthesizing nano-catalysts have been reviewed.Both the advantages and disadvantages of high-temperature and ambient-temperature supercritical drying in preparing composite nano-catalysts have been compared.The characteristics of different nano-particle formation techniques based on the supercritical fluid technology,such as the Rapid Expansion of Supercritical Solution(RESS),the Supercritical fluid Anti-Solvent(SAS),the Chemical Fluid Deposition(CFD) etc.,were discussed.Methods suitable for synthesizing nano-catalysts were recommended.
