水布垭水电站水轮机的水力设计

摘    要:针对水布垭水电站的实际特点 ,较详细地阐述了现代大型水轮机设计技术在工程的成功应用 ,结合先进的CFD流动仿真分析技术重点分析了水轮机转轮及通流部件的水力设计优化 .这种方法具有可靠性好的特点 ,大大缩短了大型水轮机的设计开发周期 ,并可准确地进行性能预测 ,显著提高了水轮机水力设计的技术含量和质量

Abstract:Aiming at the feature of Shuibuya hydropower station, the paper details the successful application of modern hydro_turbine design technology in certain project.Combining with advanced CFD fluid simulation analysis technology, it analyzes mainly the optimization of hydraulic design of the runner and flow passage of the hydro_turbine. This method has the trait of high reliability and excellent accuracy; it sharply decreases the design and development cycle for large_sized hydro_turbine and gives precise performance prediction and raises significantly technology level and quality for turbine hydraulic design.
