挤塑材料本构关系及其在夹芯板中的应用

摘    要:通过对挤塑材料试件在室温下加载速率为2 mm/min的准静态拉伸、压缩、剪切试验,研究了其宏观力学性能及泊松比.试验结果表明,挤塑材料在拉伸和剪切时表现为脆性,而压缩时则具有良好的塑性;泊松比比较集中,约为0.28.同时,基于应力-应变曲线,对挤塑材料本构关系进行线性拟合回归,并利用其本构对挤塑夹芯墙面板试验结果进行有限元模拟,结果表明其本构简化模型是可取的.

Abstract:By the quasi-static tensile,compression,and shear tests at room temperature with the loading rate 2 mm/min,the mechanical behavior and Poisson's ratio of polystyrene foam material were investigated.The results show that,the material has excellent ductility behavior on compression,but on tension and shearing,it is brittle with convergent Poisson's ratio of about 0.28.In addition,from the angle of engineering,based on the stress-strain relationship curves,its simple constitutive relation is given.By the constitutive relation a FE model to simulate an experiment is obtained,and the results show that the constitutive relation model is suitable.
