2-溴噻唑-4-甲酸合成方法的改进

摘    要:以硫脲为原料、溴代丙酮酸乙酯为试剂,无溶剂合成出2-氨基噻唑-4-甲酸乙酯,随后经DMSO、亚硝酸钠高温重氮化法得到2-溴噻唑-4-甲酸乙酯,最后经碳酸钾-甲醇溶液皂化得到目标2-溴噻唑-4-甲酸。各步化合物经熔点、高效液相、质谱、氢核磁谱等分析手段,验证结构符合及纯度。

Abstract:Ethyl 2-amino-thiazole-4-carboxylate was synthesized with thiourea and ethyl bromopyruvate by solvent-free.Then it was reacted with DMSO and sodium nitrite by diazotization in high temperature to form ethyl 2-bromothiazole-4-carboxylate.Finally,the 2-bromo-thiazole-4-carboxy acid was synthesized by ethyl 2-bromothiazole-4-carboxylate through saponification in potash-methanol solvent.The compounds were determined by means of melting point measurement,IR,MS(ESI),1H-NMR.The result showed exact structure and pu...
