机械镀锌冲击介质的选择

摘    要:对比了不同种类冲击介质的物化特性,指出玻璃珠是机械镀锌冲击介质的最佳选择。分析了机械镀锌工艺对玻璃珠冲击介质的质量要求,包括成圆率、表面光洁度和耐磨性能;总结了机械镀锌生产中玻璃珠介质使用的注意事项,主要有避免玻璃珠的污染、选择适当的混珠和恰当的加入量。

Abstract:The performances of different impact media were compared. The results show that the glass bead is the best choice of impact media for mechanical plating. The quality requirements of glass beads in mechanical plating were analyzed, including circle forming ratio, surface roughness and wear resistance. The notices about the glass bead used in mechanical plating were summarized, such as avoiding the pollution of glass beads, choosing proper mixed glass beads and addition.
