摘    要:针对我国机动车辆带来的大气PM 2.5污染越来越严重的问题,为了检测汽车尾气中的PM 2.5排放情况,对汽车尾气PM 2.5检测装置进行了设计。考虑到汽车尾气特有的流动特性和温度、湿度特点,采用了尾气收集箱加装温度控制单元来提高检测的精确性。对三种车型怠速工况下的PM 2.5的排放情况和收集箱温度进行了检测试验,试验结果表明:汽车尾气PM 2.5检测装置测量数据较为稳定,响应快,误差小。

Abstract:Aiming at serious problem of atmospheric PM 2. 5 pollution caused by motor vehicle,automobile exhaust PM 2. 5 emissions detection device is designed in order to detect automobile exhaust PM 2. 5 emissions. The characteristics of temperature,humidity and flow characteristics of automobile exhaust are considered,and exhaust collecting box is equipped with temperature control unit to improve detection accuracy. The PM 2. 5 emissions and temperature of box are tested when three kinds of vehicle at idle condition,and the test results show that the detection datas are stable,fast response and has small error.
