摘    要:通过建立内嵌探测棒的高炉炉墙温度与炉墙厚度在线监测模型,并对其不同高炉炉墙厚度时的温度场进行稳态数值仿真,得出探测棒在不同高炉炉墙厚度时中轴线温度曲线的变化规律。根据探测棒中轴线温度曲线的变化规律,通过温度最大误差、平均误差等指标分析了三种不同的传感器布设方案,确定了传感器在探测棒上的布设数量和布设方案,实现了实时准确测量探测棒的温度场分布情况,结合探测棒长度数据进而推算出高炉炉墙的温度场分布情况,为指导高炉的正常运转和保证高炉长寿奠定了基础。

Abstract:Through establishment of embedded detecting rod of blast furnace and furnace wall temperature on-line monitoring model of wall thickness,and with the steady-state numerical simulation on temperature field of different blast furnace wall thickness. The sensor in detecting the number of layout on the rod as well as the layout scheme is determined,and the accurate and real-time measurement to detect temperature field distribution is implemented by analyzing three kinds of sensor layout scheme such as temperature of maximum error,average error indicators, according to the detecting rod axis temperature curve change rule. The temperature field distribution of blast furnace wall is calculated with the length of the detection data to guide the normal operation of blast furnace and ensure longevity laid a foundation.
