摘    要:道路交通事故技术鉴定与理赔是科学规范交通管理的一个重要内容,而作为道路交通事故技术鉴定的一个方面,事故车辆技术状况鉴定在其中占取了比较重要的地位。适应鉴定需要,研究设计了事故车辆技术状况智能辅助鉴定系统,采用基于相对权相似度的案例决策方法确定鉴定初始方案,基于粗糙集理论及关联规则发现算法从案例中获得修正规则,运用这些规则修正初始方案,从而为专家提供建议,为及时准确地鉴定提供了有效的技术支持。

Abstract:Scientific traffic management entails the identification & compensation for road traffic accident, in which the technical examination of vehicles in accident plays a pivotal role. For the need of technical examination of vehicles, introduced and studied an intelligent system for technical examination of vehicles in accident. It applied the decision method based on cases of relative weight similarity to get the initial solution of technical examination of vehicles in accident, and the relevant theories & methods of rough set and the mining method of association rules to obtain the primary revising rules. Then employed all these rules to revise the initial solution, thus providing experts with suggestions on technical examination of vehicles in accident so as to guarantee the effective technical support for the accurate examination.
