利用零序暂态电荷识别单相接地故障线路的研究

摘    要:小电流接地系统单相接地故障选线问题一直没有得到很好解决,针对主变中性点不接地系统提出利用零序暂态电荷实现正确选线的新原理,即检测故障线路和健全线路在一个周期内流过的零序暂态电荷,故障线路零序暂态电荷最多,比较零序暂态电荷的多少就能识别故障线路。该原理与利用零序基波电流选线比较,能够容易、准确地获得故障信息,有利于提高选线准确率和微机选线装置的开发。

Abstract:The problem on single-phase grounding malfunction line-selection of small current grounding power system has not been solved till now. Aiming at neutral point indirect grounding power system, a new principle of line-selection using zero sequence transient electrical charges to implement correctly is proposed. Using this principle is to detect the amount of zero sequence transient electrical charges in a cycle which flows in faulted line and sound line, with the former having more. By comparing the amount, the faulted line can be identified. Comparing with the line-selection on using zero suquence fundamental wave current,it is correct and easy to obtain the malfunctional information, and good for improving accuracy of line-selection and development of line-selection devices based on microcomputer.
