膨润土的钠化改型研究

摘    要:以钙基膨润土为原料, 系统地研究了改型剂种类与用量、矿浆浓度以及搅拌时间对改型效果的影响。结果表明:以碳酸钠为改型剂, 用量为4%, 矿浆浓度15%, 搅拌时间为15 min, 对膨润土进行钠化改型, 效果显著。

Abstract:The main technical conditions for modifying of Ca bentonite with sodium carbonate or sodium compounds were determined. The natural Ca bentonite was transferred successfully into artificial Na bentonite by which the chemical and physical properties of Ca bentonite was improved largely. Moreover, the factors affecting the quality of modifying of Ca bentonite were also discussed.
