| 摘 要： | 依据最弱环模型和应力 强度干涉模型的基本原理 ,提出Ω环 螺栓 法兰连接密封系统可靠性的基本概念 ,建立了相应的可靠性模型。在系统受力分析的基础上 ,分别给出系统中Ω环、螺栓、法兰强度可靠度计算公式 ,以及用MonteCarlo法模拟计算整个系统可靠度的流程。最后给出某石油化工企业 1台采用Ω环 螺栓 法兰密封连接装置的计算实例。

| Abstract: | The concept of the reliability of Ω ring-bolt-flange connection is put forward in this article. According to the weakest link model and the stress-strength interference principle, relevant reliability model is established. Based on the force analysis of the system, the equations for calculating the reliability of Ω ring, bolt and flange are derived, and the reliability of the whole system is analyzed with Monte Carlo method. Finally an example of calculation of the reliability of a Ω ring-bolt-flange connection system is presented. |
