利用PLC进行数控机床的故障检测

摘    要:PLC在数控机床生产中的故障占很大比例,一些数控机床的故障通过观察PLC的输入/输出状态显示信息,就可以找到故障原因,从而能够快速排除故障,因此熟练掌握PLC查找故障很重要。本文从PLC故障特点、故障检查方法和故障检测注意事项3方面详细阐述了利用PLC查找故障的方法。实践证明,利用PLC状态显示信息,诊断机床故障,能够快速、有效地排除故障。

Abstract:PLC trouble accounts for a large proportion of fault in the production of CNC machine tools. Through the observation of the input/output information of the PLC we can find the reason for some faults of numerical control lathe thus can resolve the problems quickly, so grasping PLC skillfully and find out the trouble is very important. This paper explains the method to find out troubles by PLC from the following three aspects: PLC trouble characteristic, fault detection method and notes of fault detection. Practice has proved, through the PLC status display information we can diagnose lathe fault and then can resolve the trouble quickly and effectively.
