摘    要:用有限元方法数值模拟了脉冲激光作用于镍薄膜铝基底这种双层圆管状材料时产生的温升情况 ,在考虑材料的热物理参数随温度变化的基础上得到了薄膜和基底中各个点的瞬态温度场 ,并分别给出了薄膜和基底中的温度随周向在各个不同时刻的分布曲线 ,为热弹条件下激光激发薄膜 -基底式圆管状材料中超声导波的研究工作提供了定量基础

Abstract:The transient temperature fields generated by a pulsed laser in two-layered Ni-film and Al-substrate cylindrical pipe are obtained by using the finite element method.The temperature dependences of material properties are taken into account during the numerical simulation.The temperature distribution of Ni-film and Al-substrate are obtained in angular orientation at various time.It will be useful in the research on thermo-elastic excitation of laser ultrasonic in two-layered film-substrate cylindrical systems.
