摘    要:产品平台是当今大规模定制(MC)企业解决产品的个性化与生产的低成本以及短交货期经营矛盾的重要产品开发策略。鉴于产品全生命周期管理(PLM)正在成为企业产品研发的信息集成管理框架现状,提出了在PLM环境中建设产品平台的设想。在回顾国外产品平台研究现状的基础上,分析了基于PLM的产品平台新特点,指出其深刻内涵是信息集成管理下的产品创新,并以此为出发点,提出了以关系配置和多层抽象为主的产品平台建模方法,深入论述了基本结构单元模型及相关建模过程,该建模方法使产品资源组织模式更加适合于变型产品的派生,从而提升PLM系统的产品制造定制能力。较为系统地探讨了PLM环境下的产品平台的规划、评价、以及基于产品平台的新产品变型过程等关键问题。

Abstract:Product platform is a powerful product development strategy for mass customization (MC) manufacturers to maxi- mize product individual demands and cut costs and developing cycle. As product lifecycle management (PLM) becoming key information management integration framework for product engineering, building product platform under PLM is proposed. Based on the review of exited work on product platform, new features of product platform in PLM is analyzed, which highlights its profound concept, that is manufacturing customization of new product under information integration. From this point of view, product platform modeling method based on configuration and muti-layer abstraction is worked out, and its basic build cell model and its modeling processes is fully discussed. This method organizes all product definition assets in such a pattern that it facilitates the derivation of new product. Besides, how to plan and appraise PLM-based product platform, and how to derive a new variant product is also discussed systematically.
