摘    要:本文探讨了铁塔钢结构工程的检测项目与检测方法,首先,通过对某铁塔工程的倾斜率、尺寸、涂层厚度、连接质量等各项参数的现场检测,并结合环境激励的方法对铁塔工程进行动力特性测试。然后,根据现场实测数据及设计图纸资料,利用ANSYS有限元软件建立铁塔结构的有限元模型并进行分析。分析结果表明:铁塔工程的有限元模型动力特性计算结果和现场实测结果相比较接近,说明所建立的有限元模型可以满足工程需要,并可以为进一步分析提供基础。最后,对该有限元模型在设计荷载作用下进行静动力响应分析,计算结果表明:铁塔结构各构件的抗力和作用效应之比均大于1.0,说明该铁塔工程在目前状况下其承载能力可以满足正常使用要求。

Security Assessment of Steel Tower Based on the Field Test Results and Finite Element Analysis

Abstract:Inspection items and method of steel tower were discussed in this paper.Firstly,some items such as degree of gravity vertical,thickness of anti-corrosion coating,dimension of components,connection quality of welding and bolt were inspected and dynamic characteristic of the radar tower was tested in the field through environmental excitation. Secondly,the finite element model of the radar tower was developed and analyzed through the ANSYS software based on the data from field tests and the design documents.It is shown that the results of dynamical characteristic calculated by the finite element model are accordance with those measured from the field test.Therefore,it can be concluded that the finite element model is valid and can be taken as the foundation for the following dynamic response study.Finally,the static and dynamic responses of the radar tower were calculated by the finite element model.It is shown that the ratio of resistance and the action of the radar steel tower components is more than 1.0 and it can be concluded that the bearing capacity of the radar steel tower under the current condition can satisfy with the normal use requirement.
