摘    要:对联苯锅炉上带偏置大开孔接管的封头进行了三维有限元分析,得出了接管、封头截面以及二者相贯线上的应用力分布曲线,并按分析设计原理应用第三强度理论进行强度评定,结果表明该封头--接管连接处强度能满足安全要求。

Abstract:The biphenyl boiler's head with a large offset nozzle was analyzed using three dimensional finite element method. The stress intensity distributions along the longitudes of the nozzle and head in the symmetrical plane , and around the intersecting area all showed that stress concentration exists in a narrow area around the intersection. The strength evaluation for the connection was carried out according to the China Standard of design by analysis: JB4732, and the results showed that the strength of the structure meet the requirements for safety.
