摘    要:文章介绍了一种先进的数字式低频频率特性仪的体系结构和测量原理,该仪器采用AT89C52单片机控制,以精密波形发生器ICL8038为扫频信号源,并配以增益自动控制电路扩大测量范围,能在示波器上显示四端网络的幅频特性曲线.

Abstract:A kind of advanced digital low-frequency characteristic measuring instrument and the details about its construction and measurement principle are described in this text.It uses single chip microcomputer AT89C52 as its control unit and precision waveform generator ICL8038 as its signal source.The gain adjusting circuit expands the instrument's measurement range.And the frequency characteristic of two port network can be measured quickly and be displayed clearly on the screen of the oscillograph.
