闸墩混凝土温度裂缝及预防措施

摘    要:对闸墩混凝土的温控和防裂进行了研究,指出闸墩混凝土温度裂缝影响因素主要有混凝土材料性能、气温骤降、闸墩尺寸、浇筑层厚度、浇筑温度、间歇时间、拆模后混凝土表面保护措施、浇筑仓面保护方式、通水冷却方式等。从控制温度、改善约束条件、增强混凝土抗裂性能等方面,提出了防止闸墩混凝土裂缝、减小温度应力的措施。

Abstract:The paper studies the temperature control and crack prevention of pier concrete and points out the following main factors that affect the temperature and cracks of concrete performance,sudden drop of temperature,size of pier,placing thickness,placing temperature,time of interval,protective measures for concrete surface after dismantling templates and way of cooling.It pus forward measures for preventing cracks and reducing temperature stress based on the aspects of temperature control,improving condition of constraint and increasing the breaking performance of concrete.
