摘    要:基于光栅传感器的正交三坐标机系统中,数据实时采集时容易出现缓冲区内存不足甚至得到异常数据的问题.针对以上问题结合PMAC数据采集的方式进行了分析,并依照数据读取的原理设计出解决方案.结合该方案,在VC++环境下利用PtalkDT控件设计出了基于DPRAM技术的实时采集软件系统.实验证明:该系统能够快速、可靠地进行实时数据的采集.

Abstract:In tri-coordinate measuring machine system based on grating sensor,it's easy to exist some problems in real-time data acquisition.For example the deficiency of memory in a buffer,or even the emergence of abnormal data.Aimed at these problems,method of PMAC data acquisition modes is analyzed,and a design proposal adopting proper mode to resolve those problems is presented.In addition,software system is designed based on DPRAM technique using PtalkDT active control component in the program environment of VC++...
