环氧树脂改性双马来酰亚胺树脂玻璃布绝缘层压板的研制

摘    要:用环氧树脂改性双马来酰亚胺树脂,改性后的树脂韧性好、耐高温,并具有优异的电绝缘性能。探索了改性树脂的合理固化工艺。制备了铺覆性能好、储存时间长、粘接性能优良的预浸玻璃布,由预浸玻璃布压制的层压板具有优异的力学电气性能。

Abstract:The bismaleimide resin was modified by epoxy resin, and the modified resin had good toughness, high temperautre resistance and excellent electrical insulation property. The reasonable curing method was explored. The pre preg glass cloth which had good mulch property, long storage period and excellent adhesive property was prepared. The laminate pressed with it had excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
