低压缸末级叶片补焊后断裂失效分析

摘    要:通过对秦皇岛发电有限责任公司1号机组低压缸末级叶片断裂事故分析,发现原叶片局部受损伤后曾进行补焊处理,补焊工艺的不完善而造成的焊接质量不佳,导致补焊区出现晶粒粗化,使综合机械性能下降,而造成了叶片断裂事故的发生。

Abstract:Through analysis of the last blade fracture of unit 1 of Qinhuangdao Power Generation Co.Ltd,it is found that the original blade was impaired partially and was rewelded,the imperfect rewelding technique caused poor welding quality ,resulting in the decrease of mechanical performance at rewelded area and finally caused blade fracture.
