摘    要:采用液相离子交换法,在沸石上接上杀菌性金属离子Zn^2+,Cu^2+,Ag^2+制成抗菌沸石。研究了温度,浓度,pH值等对离子含量的影响,反应较佳条件为;CuSO4,ZnCl2,AgNO3的浓度分别为0.05,20.1mol.l^-1,温度为60-80℃,pH值为6-8。实验还测定了抗菌沸石的抗菌性能。

Abstract:The antibacterial zeolites are prepared by liquid_phase ion_exchange fixing bactericidal metal ions e.g.Cu2+, Zn2+,Ag+ on zeolites. The effects of concentration, temperature, pH on antibacterial_ion content are studied. The best reacting conditions are concentration:CuSO4 0.05 moll-1,ZnCl2 2moll-1,AgNO3 0.1 moll-1,temperature 6080 ,pH=68. The antibacterial properties of antibacterial zeolites were also studied. The antibacterial properties of Ag, Zn_antibacterial zeolites against escherichia coli and mould are better. The antibacterial property of Cu_antibacterial zeolites against escherichia coli is also better, but against mould is common.
