摘    要:实时交通流信息的获取手段日益丰富,其应用正向着实时动态智能交通调控,实时交通信息服务及二者集成的方向发展.如何通过多样化的采集手段高效获取高准确度的实时交通流信息,并应用于上述三个方面是智能交通系统建设需要面对的问题.针对上述问题,结合国内外现有理论与实践的状况,依据传感器绝对地理位置动态特性的不同,提出了基于混合传感器网络(即基于无线移动传感器和固定传感器网络)的城市智能交通系统建设架构.该解决方案基于路段前置机,支持高实时性的分布式多级数据融合计算,较好解决了现有多类传感器系统彼此独立、集中式处理造成的实时性低下、结果不可靠等问题.相对于单纯的无线传感器网络,具有更高的现实可行性.

Abstract:With the increasing collecting methods for real-time traffic information, the applications of realtime information are developing towards real-time intelligent traffic control, real-time traffic information services and the integration of the former two. There are problems that the construction of new generation intelligent transportation systems should cope with. One is how to obtain high accurate real-time information of traffic flow by the multiple collecting methods. One is how to apply the information to the abovementioned three aspects. The research focused on the problem. And it put forward a feasible and innovate constructing solution for ITS based on hybrid sensor networks (HSN), which combining both fixed sensor networks and wireless mobile sensor networks. The research summarized current status of related applications and theoretical progress. As to the different features of geographical location and communication mode of various sensors, the HSN is put forward for feasible construction of ITS. The solution is based on prepositive processing units at road elements. It supports distributed multi-level data fusion with feature of high real-time computing. This solves current no data sharing among independent multiple kinds of sensor subsystems and changed the low real-time data processing at center. It is also helpful to improve reliability of real-time traffic information. Compared to pure wireless sensor networks, it has more feasibility at present.
