燃煤电厂圆钢煤斗设计浅析

摘    要:选用空间分析性能较好的有限元软件Midas对圆钢煤斗进行分析.通过对某燃煤火电厂圆钢煤斗有限元分析,发现浅仓圆钢煤斗表现出的一些现象.在满载工作状态下,浅仓煤斗总是在支撑面上下各1m左右的面层达到应力集中,同时该两处面层的变形量最大,笔者称为柔弱层,在设计施工时应重点防护.越远离柔弱层,构件越表现出弹性性质,可适当加大加劲约束间距.

Abstract:A round steel coal scuttle is analyzed by a finite element software Midas which can analyze spatial structure better.Through FEA of round steel coal scuttle of a coal-fired power plant,some phenomena of shallow barn round steel coal scuttle are found.Under overall loading,there is always stress concentration on shallow barn round steel coal scuttle about 1 meter above and below binding face; meanwhile,maximum plane deformation appears at the two places,the two places are called delicate zones which should be guarded.More far away delicate zones,more elastic behavior occur; distance between stiffening rib may be increased properly.
