摘    要:TDML是一种在国外推行的水污染控制与管理技术,已引起国内部分科研设计部门和管理部门的关注.本文依据经典的TDML定义,结合武汉市东湖水体的实际,进行了TDML方法的应用初探.针对东湖的富营养化,对其进行TMDL研究.根据文献资料和东湖的实际情况,确定以总磷、总氮、COD为主要污染指标,依照TMDL实施的5个步骤对监测数据进行分析和计算,确定东湖各子湖泊的污染负荷分配,分别针对不同子湖泊的污染状况提出侧重点不同的改善措施.点源污染应将重点放在沿岸污染工业的治理上,而面源污染则涉及到沿岸的土地利用类型,以底泥污染为主的湖泊要实施一些诸如挖出底泥或生物控制等措施.

Abstract:As a water pollution control and management technology carried out aboard, TDML has aroused some domestic research and design department and management attention. Based on the classic definition of TDML, a method of TDML combined with the actual situation of East Lake in Wuhan, is developed. A TMDL research has been carried out due to the eutrophication of the East Lake. According to the literature and practical situation, a series of pollutant indicators including TP, TN and COD are established. Through calculation and analysis of the monitoring data following five steps of the TMDL, the sublakes of East Lake pollution load distribution are determined; and water quality improvement measures are put forward respectively. Point source pollution should focus on management of coastal pollution on industry, and non-point source pollution is related to the type of land use along the coast to the lake. Sedimentbased pollution should excavate sediments or carry out some biological control measures.
