摘    要:分析杭白菊通风晾干品和硫磺熏蒸品的挥发油成分,为其质量评价提供科学依据.采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取7个杭白菊样品挥发油,用GC毛细管色谱柱进行分离,归一化法测定其相对百分含量,GC/MS法分析鉴定其化学成分.初步分离鉴定出64种成分,其挥发油组成皆以单萜类和倍半萜类化合物为主要成分,但所含化合物的具体种类有很大差异.经硫磺熏...
