碘普罗胺合成路线图解

摘    要:对广泛应用的非离子型造影剂碘普罗胺的合成路线进行了综合论述,依据原料的不同可以归结为两类合成方法:以5-氨基-2,4,6-三碘异酞酸及其衍生物为原料,经过酰化引入氨基甘油和甲基氨基甘油;以间硝基苯二甲酸及其酯化衍生物为原料,经过酰化、芳环碘代合成碘普罗胺。

Abstract:Graphical synthetic routes of iopromide were summarized in this paper. These kinds of methods could be divided into two main groups on the basis of different starting material: the in- troduction of amino glycerin and methyl amino glycerin through acylation of 5-amine-2,4,6-triio-do isophthalic acid and its derivatives, and the acylation and iodination of 3-Nitro isophthalic acid and its derivatives to give iopromide. Both methods have their own advantages in the production.
