| 摘 要： | 冷轧机乳化液系统的设计和应用技术是冷轧轧制技术的一个重要环节。在对比分析现有的四套冷轧机乳化液系统的组成及存在的主要问题的基础上,对新建冷轧机乳化液系统的设计提出了建议,认为乳化液系统的设计要在优化冷却润滑需求的基础上,要兼顾获得高表面质量的带钢,强化乳化液的净化能力和循环系统的简化。对新建冷轧机乳化液系统有较大的参考意义。

| Abstract: | The design and application of emulsion system is an important part of cold rolling technologies.The system composition and main problems occurred four existed set of emulsion systems are contrastively analyzed.Some suggestions are given to the new building emulsion system,for example,optimizing the cooling and lubricating requirement about the emulsion,improving of surface quality of strip,cleaning capability and simplifying the circulation of the emulsion system. |
