承钢1260m3高炉大修工艺装备的优化

摘    要:分析了承钢1#高炉因为采用非通用设计,导致高炉存在操作炉型不稳定、冷却设备寿命短、铁水沟过长、铁损高等不足。介绍了大修中采取接近操作炉型的设计炉型、炉体高温区采用铜冷却壁、炉缸采用优质炭砖+陶瓷杯的砌砖结构、电动平车运输铁水等措施,消除了一代炉役中的不足,取得了较好的技术指标。

Abstract:It is analyzed the original shortcoming of 1#blast furnace of Cheng Steel brought about by adopting non universal design:operation furnace profile being not stabilized, short work life of cooling equipments, too long hot metal runner, high iron loss.It is introduced the measures adopted in overhaul:design furnace profile being approximate same with the run furnace profile, using copper cooling wall in high-temperature region of furnace body, using brick structure with high-quality carbon brick plus ceramic cup, transporting hot metal with electric flat vehicle.With these all original shortcomings are eliminated after the blast furnace overhaul, the better technical indexes got.
