| Abstract: | Great successes that have been achieved and the main work that has been done since PRC's establishment 50 years ago, especially since the beginning of China's opening to outside and transformation 20 years ago, have been reviewed. Some existing problems have been pointed out and some suggestions on its further development have been put foward. |
