摘    要:为将超临界CO2作为生物转化的介质,考察了其对微生物生长特性的影响。以酵母菌为对象,研究了其种子液经不同压力的超临界CO2处理和处理不同时间后,接种培养的糖利用状况,以及在不同培养条件下的生长状况。结果表明,超临界CO2对酵母菌的生长有明显影响,主要表现为处理后的酵母总的糖利用与细胞生长速率减慢,代谢性能也有所变化,并随超临界CO2的压力及处理时间的不同而不同。

Abstract:The influences of the supercritical CO2 on the growth characteristics of yeast were investigated so as to utilize the supercritical CO2 as the medium of bioconversion. After the seeds of yeast were treated with the supercritical CO2 under different pressures and time, they were transferred into the flasks and cultured. The sugar utilization during the culture of the yeast was studied, and the growth characteristics of the yeast with different culture conditions were studied. The results show that supercritical CO2 affects the growth of the yeast obviously. After treatment, the velocities of the sugar utilization and cell growth of yeast decrease, and the metabolism characteristics of the yeast change with the different treating pressures and time too.
