摘    要:为解决由难加工材料制成零件的复杂型面加工难题,设计了一种基于PMAC的5轴数控电解加工机床.介绍了该机床的机械本体结构、电解液系统以及控制系统的设计方案.

Abstract:To solve the difficulties of machining parts with special-shaped curved surface which are made of difficulty-to-machine materials,a five-axis CNC electrochemical manufacturing machine tool is designed.The makeup system and the electrolyte system of the machine are introduced,and the Numerical Controlled System based on PMAC is also discussed in this paper.
