摘    要:分析微槽道换热器等新型设备的基本结构,通过引入小挠度薄板理论和弹性支承结构模型,建立了带内翅矩形容器的力学模型,并对其进行受力分析,导出了容器壁的挠度和内力的计算表达式。以板翅式换热器的单层通道为例,利用有限元方法进行了内翅结构尺寸对容器结构性能的影响分析。试验分析表明,应用带内翅矩形容器的力学模型进行带内翅矩形容器的挠度和内力分析,分析精度高,能满足工程需要,为新型设备的结构设计提供了一种有效的计算方法。

Abstract:The structures of new equipment, like micro- channel heat exchangers, was analyzed. Based on the concepts of the small deformation thin plate bending theory and elastic foundation model, the mechanics model for a rectangular vessel with internal fins was built. Then analytical expressions were firstly derived for it. A case of single--layer structure of plate--fin heat exchanger was investigated, and the analytical solution of the bending deflection and stress was compared with the results solved by FEA. The results show that the analytical solution by using this mechanics model is in good agreement with the numerical results, as satisfies the engineering demands. Furthermore the relationship between the fin size and the structural performance of the vessel was analyzed, which provides an efficient method to design the novel type of equipment with internal fins.
