| 摘 要： | 根据我国油库、储油罐大型化的发展趋势，对目前国内油库建设遵循的主要规范，主要是大型油库储罐间距、储罐区防火堤和消防通道等的安全设计，进行了分析研究，为提高罐区对危险液体扩散的防范能力，提出了对相关条款进行修改的建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis and investigation of the main standards followed at present during the construction of oil depot at home, the safety design of fire dike and storage tank in tank area of large scale oil depot is analyzed. It is proposed that safety design of tank area should be strengthened to improve the ability to prevent diffusion of dangerous liquid of tank area. |
