深度处理污水在循环冷却水系统回用的研究

摘    要:在循环冷却水系统回用了深度处理污水作补充水后,导致监测到的腐蚀率大幅升高,甚至超过了石化行业标准的上限值。针对循环水的腐蚀性急剧加重的问题,分析了各种影响因素,发现主要原因是回用水引起水质恶化,使原有的缓蚀阻垢剂不能起到足够的缓蚀作用。改进缓蚀阻垢剂的配方后,循环冷却水的监测腐蚀率明显降低,且远小于石化行业标准的上限值。
