管道下载中液位高度对油品计量结果的影响

针对管道下载企业与省市石油公司在油品交接中产生计量纠纷的情况,探其原因之一是计量员对油罐本身的计量特性缺乏了解。通过对油罐底部变形影响底量变化的实验,验证了随着下载量的增加,罐底板由空罐时的凸起形,变成不平的凹陷状,阐明了产生油品计量误差的原因。指出为防止油品交接中的计量纠纷,确保计量结果正确,应摸清下载油罐在不同液位高度下,罐底板承压后形状的变化规律。

The Effect of Liquid Level Height on Oil Measuring Result during Pipeline Downloading

The reasons causing measuring disputes between pipeline downloading enterprises and provincial companies during the course of oil products handing-over were introduced. One of the reasons was that the gaugers were lack of understanding of measuring characteristics of oil tanks. By analyzing the experiment results of the effect of oil tank bottom deformation on bottom amount variation, during the oil products pipeline downloading measurement using vertical metal tank, the bottom plate variation status and reasons causing oil measuring error were described. In order to prevent measuring disputes during oil handing-over and ensure measuring result correct, the deformation law of bottom plate under pressure at the different liquid level height should investigated.
