压电陶瓷圆环径向厚度振动分析

摘    要:对压电陶瓷圆环的径向厚度振动进行了分析,使用压电理论和机械振动理论推导出压电陶瓷圆环的谐振和反谐振频率方程,采用图像法求解得到谐振频率,与实际测量结果的误差小于1%。该文还应用有限元分析软件对压电陶瓷圆环的振动模态进行了分析,并与理论计算进行了比较,结果吻合。

Abstract:The radial thickness vibration of piezoelectric ceramic ring has been analyzed in this paper,and the resonance and anti-resonance frequency equations have been derived using the piezoelectric theory and mechanical vibration theory.The resonant frequencies are obtained by using the image method,and the error between the actual measurement result and the theoretical result is less than 1%.The piezoelectric ceramic ring vibration modes have also been analyzed by the finite element analysis(FEA) software.A comparison of results obtained from the theory and FEA shows that theory and experiment has good agreement.
