摘    要:玻璃纤维毡增强的热塑性复合材料是目前国际上极为活跃的复合材料的开发品种之一,本文概括了聚丙烯基GMT材料制品结构设计、压缩模型中需注意的问题,为PP-GMT制品的设计和提供一定的指导。

Abstract:The composite of glass mat thermoplastic (GMT) is one of the most interesting composites in the world. Except that it has the superior price/property, it could be recycled and will not pollute the environment. In this paper, to PP-GMT, the problems in product design, blank design , tool design and compression molding processing conditions are briefly described. All these will provide a guidance in the practical product design and production of PP-GMT.
