机械系统的维修策略模型及应用

针对机械系统的具体工况、使用条件、故障规律及故障类型，从维修方式、维修周期和平均维修费用入手，考虑这些因素对系统维修性的影响，给出了4种适用于不同机械系统的维修策略及其数学模型。讨论了各类系统维修策略模型的适用范围和精确性，克服了工程应用中维修方法和制度缺乏理论依据的情况。最后用实例说明了应用这些维修策略模型制定机械系统最佳维修周期的方法。

Maintenance Strategy Model of Machine System and Application

Four kinds of system maintenance strategies and their math model are given according to specific working condition. Using these conditions, the failure rules and failure types of machine system by beginning with maintenance modes, maintenance period, average maintenance expense and taking these factors, which influence system maintenance into consideration. Application areas and accuracy of various system maintenance models in the machine system maintenance are discussed. The problem of lacking theory basis in the maintenance method and system of engineering application is overcomed. A method for establishing the best maintenance cycle by applying these maintenance strategies of machine system is illustrated by an example.
