关于三峡水库入库泥沙条件的讨论

本文讨论了三峡工程论证期间采用的泥沙数量及其合理性。指出当时采用的粗泥沙比例偏小，可能低估三峡水库上段的泥沙淤积数量。近年来，长江上游水沙减少，特别是嘉陵江泥沙减少较大，加上金沙江即将修建溪洛渡等大型水电站，可缓解三峡水库的泥沙淤积。但是，由于水沙变化有不确定性。近年，在嘉陵江上修建航运梯级和径流减少等对沙量短期减少具有重要作用，但上游梯级水库的拦沙作用是有限的。所以，从长远考虑，三峡水库需要有切实的控制淤积途径，以保证工程长远发挥效益。

Discussion on the sediment load for the Three Gorges Reservoir

In this paper, the sediment series used in the feasibility study of the Three Gorges Reservoir is again analyzed. It is found that the portion of coarse sediment in the series was under estimated, which might cause less deposition in the numerical model results in the upper fluctuating backwater reaches of the reservoir.
