| Abstract: | The key of the manufacturing process of anodic oxide film of aluminium wire is the continuous anodic oxidation. The breakdown voltage of the oxide film is determined by the film thickness, and it is determined by three essential factors,i.e.,the electrolyte (including it's composition, concentration and temperature), the bath voltage and the running speed of aluminium wire. |
