脉冲半导体激光器光束并合技术研究

摘    要:为了提高脉冲半导体激光器达到远场的能量密度,提出采用多个脉冲半导体激光器并合的方法来解决。介绍了光束并合的原理,并且就影响光束并合的因素进行了理论分析与推导,然后采用Matlab模拟分析了各个激光器出光时间同步性对光束合成功率密度与脉宽的影响,以及采用Zemax仿真分析了各个激光器间的轴线平行性以及激光器与准直系统间的同轴性对合成光斑质量的影响,最后通过具体的距离选通实验,验证了光束并合是一种有效地图像提高远场能量密度的手段。

Abstract:In order to enhance the energy intensity of a diode laser in far field,a method is proposed to synthesize the beams of mary diode lasers.Theoretical analysis and simulation with Matlab were made to analysize the effect of the synchronized porformance of the laser on the power density and pulse width.With the use of Zemax,analysis was also made to evaluate the influence of the parallelism of the lasers on the quality of the synthenized beam.The practical experiment prove that the beam synthesis is an effective mean to highten the far field energy density.
