特种陶瓷液压机系统模糊PID控制的仿真

摘    要:针对目前特种陶瓷液压机系统参数整定困难的现象,使其抗干扰能力良好,提出一种将模糊控制和常规PID控制相结合的控制方式,将其应用于特种陶瓷液压机控制系统中,通过Simulink建模仿真,对其进行不同信号的激励.通过模糊控制与常规PID控制器仿真结果进行比较,结果表明:当条件变化时,模糊PID能实现参数自整定,得到较好的控制效果,并且能够很好地降低控制对象不确定对系统的影响,一定程度上可以提高系统的跟随性能.

Abstract:In order to solve the difficulty of parameter tuning of special ceramics hydraulic system,and have a good anti-jamming capability and reach a steady state quickly,a control way of combining fuzzy control and conventional PID is proposed,which is used in special ceramic hydraulic control system.The fuzzy PID controller is designed and the system simulation model is established by using Simulink software to provide the different types of incentive signal for the system.By comparing with the conventional PID controller,the result shows that when conditions change,the fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning can be achieved,and could obtain better control effect,which can reduce uncertain impact on the system,the follow performance of the system can be improved to some extent.
