摘    要:在传统的配电系统和信息系统可靠性分析中,通常仅考虑其各自的可靠性,很少计及两者之间的相互影响。为了在配电网可靠性分析中计及信息系统的影响,研究了信息系统与配电系统的关系。着重分析了信息系统发生故障对变压器、断路器和备用电源工作情况的影响。在此基础上采用序贯蒙特卡洛法进行仿真,并在仿真过程中对这3种元件的处理方式进行修改。同时计及配电系统和信息系统故障对配电网可靠性的影响,得出了计及信息系统故障的配电网可靠性分析方法。最后通过对IEEE-RBTS Bus6改进系统的仿真分析,得出了配电网可靠性的一部分影响因素,据此可得出提高配电网可靠性的措施。

Abstract:In traditional reliability analysis of distribution system and information system, their own characteristics are usually considered, but the mutual influence between them is always ignored. To evaluate the reliability of the distribution network considering the influence of the information system, this paper studies the relationship between the information system and the distribution system. And the influence of the information system malfunction to the working condition of the transformer, circuit breaker and standby power are analyzed emphatically. The sequential Monte Carlo method is used to simulate, and the process modes of the three kinds of components are modified. The influence of the power distribution system and the information system faults on the reliability of the distribution network is considered at the same time. A new reliability evaluation of the distribution network is proposed. Finally, the IEEE-RBTS Bus 6 system is taken as an example, and some influence factors of the distribution network reliability are obtained. According to the various influencing factors, some measures are put forward to enhance the reliability of the distribution network.
