复杂技术产品智能优化策略的研究

摘    要:为实现复杂技术产品原始设计设计方案的可行化,探讨了分级约束模型的建立原则,设计变量与约束相关度的评价准则。提出了基于专家系统技术的经验调整法、系统调整法和综合调整法。最后给出了液压挖掘机反铲工作装置的设计实例。

Abstract:in order to make an original variant of complicated technological Product become feasible, the building principle of the hierarchial constraints model and the criteria evaluating relationship between the design variables and the constraints are discussed.The paper puts forward three methods, i. e, the system adjusting method, the experience adjusting method on the base of expert system technology and the comprehensive adjusting method. Finally an example demonstrates the application of method to the backhoe working machanism of the hydraulic excavator.
