| 摘 要： | 矿业市场进入模式的选择是我国矿业企业国际化发展战略的重要组成部分。该文首先运用可拓学中的物元理论建立了海外矿业市场进入模式的物元模型,然后介绍了可拓评价方法的基本原理和一般步骤。最后运用可拓评价方法于越南矿业市场得到的进入模式符合中国矿业企业的发展目标,从而为我国的矿业企业制定海外发展战略提供了可靠的依据。

| Abstract: | Mining market entry mode selection is an important part of China's mining enterprises' international development strategy.Models of foreign mining market entry mode is established based on matter-element according to related factors.The basic principle and common process of the extension evaluation are introduced.The mining market entry mode which is got by this method answers to the development goal of China's mining enterprises,which can help China's mining enterprises to map out the effective market strategies. |
